Serving Smiles: A Legacy of Joy, Compassion, and Impact
What began as a heartfelt initiative in 2019 has today become a defining tradition of Leo Multiple District 3231 — Serving Smiles, our flagship mega service project, continues to bring hope, happiness, and humanity to underprivileged children across Mumbai.
Serving Smiles 1.0 (2019-20)
Our journey began in Bhiwandi, where over 900 underprivileged children were treated to a day filled with love, laughter, and support. It was more than just a service project — it was a promise to keep coming back, year after year.
Serving Smiles 2.0 (2023-24)
We returned stronger, this time combining service with unity. Leos from across India joined us for a National Youth Exchange, turning Bhiwandi into a symbol of collaboration, compassion, and cross-cultural fellowship.
Serving Smiles 3.0 (2024-25)
A joyous carnival of games, food stalls, and interactive learning — set up by Leo Clubs across our Multiple — created unforgettable memories for hundreds of children. The spirit of service met the magic of celebration, proving once again: when we come together, we create moments that matter.

Why Partner with Multiple District 3231 ?
No Project Management Fees
We are a social Non profit organisation & we donot run on any Management Fees.
We do not charge any Project Management fees (usually players charges 1%-2% of the Project Costs). This ensures a direct impact.

Our team is combination of experienced professionals as well as young youth which helps to foster proper project planning and execution of the Project.
